Driving Directions

From Atlanta: Take I-85 North and merge onto I-985N. Take I-985N to exit 12, Spouts Springs Rd. Turn right and go two miles to the Sterling on the Lake community entry and follow signs to the builder model homes.

From Gainesville: Take I-985 South to exit 12 (Spout Springs Road). Turn left on Spout Springs road and travel approximately 2 miles. Sterling on the Lake community entrance is on your right. Follow the signs to the builder model homes.

From Alpharetta: Take McGinnis Ferry Road to Peachtree Industrial Blvd and travel 8 miles. Turn right onto Ga-20/Buford Drive/Nelson Brogdon Blvd. NE. Continue on Ga-20 for 5 miles. Turn left onto I-985 North and travel 7.7 miles to exit 12 Spout Springs Road. Turn right onto Spout Springs Road and travel two miles to the Sterling on the Lake community entrance on the right. Follow the signs to the builder model homes.

From GA-400: Travel North to exit 14 (GA-20) towards Buford. Travel 12 miles to I-985 North. Head north to Exit 12 (Spout Springs Road) and turn right. Travel 2 miles to the Sterling on the Lake entrance. Follow the signs to the builder model homes.
