Four pools mean four different ways to enjoy the summer! Our free-form pool features a zero-entry edge and a two-story waterslide that gives thrill-seekers an exciting way to cool off in warmer weather. Swimmers can enjoy themselves in an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Sterling, while those who want to catch a few rays can get a sun-kissed glow in the half-moon tanning shelf at our newest pool. The Springs neighborhood pool features lap lanes for those in search of an active swim.
Sterling on the Lake is built around 75 acres of glittering lakes, so residents are always embarking on adventures in the water. Complimentary canoes and kayaks are available for an early morning of peace or an afternoon of catch and release with plenty of stocked bass, crappie, bluegill and channel catfish.
Trying a new sport or activity to stay engaged, energized, and fit is easy in the community. A game of doubles at one of the 10 tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts is always a fun way to spend an afternoon. Tennis enthusiasts get exclusive personal coaching from our onsite pros. Fans of bocce ball can enjoy a match or two, a perk not found in nearby communities. The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate busy schedules. Onsite classes and day camps such as yoga and PiYo classes, the Cornhole League, and soccer summer camp are conveniently located in the community, so resident families can stay in shape without traveling far.
In addition to traditional parks and trails, Sterling on the Lake designed a one-of-a-kind 3-story Children’s Treehouse. The sky-high structure built right into the branches makes a unique setting for playdates.
The amenities in Sterling on the Lake take the cake when it comes to good family-friendly fun and lively activities.
